Here in New Zealand our teams are based in the heart of the Auckland CBD and at the new co-sharing space in Tauranga (known as The Kollective). We are a team of around 100 professionals all working together to deliver outstanding service to help our clients succeed.

As the only New Zealand member of the Praxity alliance network we can leverage this global resource and knowledge pool to assist our clients with advisors ‘on the ground’ who understand the local regulations, financial reporting requirements, tax systems and customs.

Hands on experience
The best place to learn is on the job. Right from the start, you can expect to work on jobs for clients across a range of industries.

You’ll also get to work closely with team members from other service lines and locations to provide the best solution for each client.

Flexible working
We are supportive of flexible work arrangements where the role and the nature of your work can be performed on a flexible basis. This relates to when you work (working hours) and where you work (such as working remotely).

Participating in our mentoring programme, you’ll have regular career reviews with your senior team and benefit from working directly with our Directors and other senior leaders to ensure you have the necessary support to achieve your goals.

Career development
Our graduate training programme will ensure you develop a solid technical foundation on which to build your future.

You’ll participate in a 3-day intensive course at our William Buck College. You will have the opportunity to meet graduates from the William Buck Group across Australia and New Zealand, and you will gain practical skills that can be used right away.

We do everything possible to ensure you’re supported through the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program including study and exam leave.

We’ll also provide ongoing professional development support with internal and external training courses, international secondment opportunities and career-focused learning programs.

Socialising and having fun
We enjoy having fun and celebrating achievements. There’s always something going on throughout the year. There will be plenty of opportunities to get to know your team and other colleagues, including our regular social events, weekly morning teas and our annual firm retreat.
