Students from all disciplines from Business to Law to STEM can apply for our Graduate Programme. Your passion and enthusiasm for analysis and the future of software are what we’re looking for, as well as the desire to work in a people-centred culture. Our five-week Graduate Programme has two streams you can choose from – Test Analysis and Test Engineering (also known as ‘Developer in Test’).

On our five-week intensive training program you’ll learn everything you need to begin a successful testing career, from the technical and analytical skills required to honing your presentations skills. You’ll then go on to work alongside some of the industry’s best consultants.
You’ll have a dedicated mentor and People Lead to help you develop your career.

Things to know before you apply
We’ll need a copy of your CV, a well-crafted personalized cover letter and anything else you want to show us. We don’t require copies of academic transcripts.
Key things we are looking for is communication, very strong attention to detail, analysis skills and a great attitude along with a clear understanding about why you want to be a Software Tester and work for us.
In your cover letter please outline the answers to the following questions:
- What stream are you applying for (Analysis or Engineering)?
- What location (Any, Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch)
- Why are you interested in a Software Testing career?
- Why do you want to work for Assurity?
- Why do you feel you are the best candidate for this role?
After shortlisting is complete, you’ll be asked to do a one-way video interview with us so you to tell us a bit about yourself and we can get to know you better. You’ll then be invited into the office for a group assessment centre and opportunity to meet the team.
To be eligible, you must be an NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident or have a visa and have completed your university studies within the last 2 years.
