In Australia in 2019 we launched our first Reconciliation Action Plan, the first step of our journey to bridge the gap with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples at work and in society. And in New Zealand, we support South Pacific Indigenous Engineering Students (SPIES), offer a number of scholarships to support future talent, and have partnered with the Diversity Agenda to get more women into engineering and architecture.
