Our law clerks participate in a comprehensive programme from induction through to admission. We make sure our law clerks have all the training and support they need to get the best start to their legal careers.
Since 2016, we have enrolled our law clerks in a bespoke Professional Legal Studies Course (Profs) with the Institute of Professional Legal Studies (IPLS). This classroom-based course, which we helped develop, focuses on the common types of work our law clerks do.
The course is full-time, so our law clerks don’t need to juggle work and study. At the end of Profs, our law clerks join us full-time in the office, in early May.
Throughout the 13 week programme, our law clerks spend time with their teams by attending training sessions and team events. After Profs, our law clerks attend our in-house weekly technical training sessions and relevant skills modules, such as our plain English writing course.
Applications are now open until midday on the 31st of March. Apply Now!
