The countdown continues to drive innovation from the front within NZ’s online retail landscape and remains genuinely committed to making Kiwi’s lives a little better every day.

the countdown is our recently established digital team responsible for innovation and delivery of eCommerce services for our connected shoppers - from our website to our mobile services and systems for the team in store, through to end-to-end physical service design.

Working out of our funky new Ponsonby offices your 18-month programme will see you fully immersed in squad work, sprint planning, and delivery. As you get to know our business more,  you will also be involved in pitching new ideas and shaping them into initiatives. From logistics to merchandise, operations, marketing, designing, developing and deployment of our website, mobile app, digital fulfilment, and customer support systems you will be signing up to transform the customer and team experience through technology. The final 6-months will be your specialisation period when your graduate programme is complete, you will move into a permanent role that will support your continued development both personally and professionally.
