WHAT IS THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS?
We know there is more to you than your degree (and remember, we’re okay if you don’t have a degree) so won’t be judging you on your grades! That means we need to find other ways to measure how driven you are and how well you can communicate and solve problems. To do that we will be asking you to complete:
- Online testing (on your communication and numeracy skills)
- A video interview (check out vieple.com),
- An online profile showing your sales profile and motivation.
If you do well on all these we will invite you to an Assessment Centre (you will have an interview and be part of a group exercise) at our offices in Auckland to meet the team. It's on the evening of 16 October so if you back yourself, block that in your diary now! Dinner’s on us that night.
We expect all offers to be out by the end of October and you will start all together in early February 2020.

You’ll need to attach a CV (don’t worry about a cover letter but make sure all your relevant skills are easy to spot). Think carefully about your answers to the two questions on the application to help us get to know you better. Your answers will help us make decisions as to who is moving to the next stage.
