About the role
The configuration of our Datascape ERP solution underpins all customer solutions and outcomes including process orchestration and reporting, UI display and behaviour, integration, core system controls, and other non-coded areas of system set up.
What you’ll bring
As a graduate joining Datacom as a Configuration Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the creation and validation of system configuration to support the delivery of a working customer solution. This may include system controls, workflow, screen designs, integration or other areas of system set up. It may sound a bit overwhelming, but we’ll train and support you along the way, and you’ll be joining with other grads, too!
For this opportunity, we are looking for grads who are customer focused, willing to learn and who are keen to get stuck in! To be successful in the role, you’ll have outstanding time management and organizational skills, plus be self-motivated and committed to self-improvement and customer satisfaction. Ideally, you would have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another technology related degree.
