What to Expect During the Recruitment Process
- Submit your CV, cover letter, and transcript (unofficial is fine)
- Psychometric testing
- Video interview/face-to-face if you’re located in Auckland
You will be required to submit your CV, a transcript (unofficial is fine) and a cover letter online to us at https://www.fphcare.co.nz/our-company/careers/. Once you have registered and submitted your application, our recruitment team will review your CV.
Due to the high number of applications, the review process can take a bit of time, so after submitting your application online, you can expect to wait a few weeks to hear back. If you’re successful, you will be invited to take part in a video interview (don’t stress too much— it’s super straight forward, and you’ll be sent all the information you need for it). This will be viewed by the recruitment team.
If you are successful, following your video interview, you can expect to be asked to a face to face interview with the Hiring Manager (If you are not based in Auckland, a video conference interview can be arranged).
