Why would I want to be a Customer Service Representative?
Our Customer Service Representatives are where the rubber hits the road at FlexiGroup. Every day our team of 70 take over 1,700 calls from FlexiGroup customers and merchants across the country – showcasing our customer obsession and helping make more moments happen for our customers.
We are always looking for talented graduates with great communication skills and a passion for helping others to join our team and kick start their career in financial services. It’s a fast-paced environment and no two days will be the same – you will be constantly learning and developing new skills.

How will this helped kick start my career?
We know it’s hard to get your first break out of university - perhaps your longer-term plans are to move into other areas such as management, HR, Marketing, or other specializations. As a CSR you will learn the ins and outs of FlexiGroup’s market-leading products like Q Card and Farmers Finance Card and even more about our customers. After 12 months in this role, you will have a brilliant foundation to build your career with FlexiGroup. We love to see our people grow with us and to prioritize their development, and we will often advertise vacancies only to our existing team.
