Production Monitoring Developers 

Production Monitoring Developers at FNZ are all-rounder’s who resolve incidents and problems as they arise on live client platforms. Their primary job is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our client platforms to meet agreed service levels and key performance indicators. The role specifically involves identifying, recommending and resolving database schema or data, and code logic. They also work closely with business analysts, testers, infrastructure and other FNZ departments to ensure our software is world class.

This position will form part of the Production Monitoring team in FNZ, and will work on a rotating schedule covering days, evenings and weekends.

What do we need?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science;
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET development products, including C#/ VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC and SQL Server, jQuery, Java, CSSare beneficial;
  • Experience with web development;
  • Confident, and able to take initiative in a production support-focused environment;
  • Independent, self-directing working style;
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry; 
  • Enjoy working as part of a high performance team; 
  • Hard-working, innovative and takes pride in their work; and
  • Passionate about creating innovative solutions for customers.
  • Commitment to working long hours at times, particularly around project deadlines and when critical production issues arise.
