We're a global dairy nutrition company owned by 10,000 farmers and their families, united by a fundamental belief in the power of dairy to make a difference. We are committed to producing dairy nutrition in a way that cares for people, animals and the land, bringing value to communities and return the most value for our farmers.
The opportunities after completion of our Programme are many - from supply chain, human resources, sales and marketing through to accounting and finance, we’re looking ahead and building for the future of our cooperative. But we really can’t do that without you, today’s students and tomorrow’s leaders. That’s why we don’t just employ students, we nurture, develop and train them.
Our unique business graduate programme runs for 24 months with rotations every six months, providing you a breadth of experience across our cooperative. You’ll be exposed to different parts of the business and will receive first class learning opportunities that will develop your career in ways you never thought possible.
What it takes to be part of our Programme?
- In your final year of undergraduate study, or graduated within the last two years
- GPA average of a B and above
- Ongoing full working rights in New Zealand at the time of application
- Graduates from all disciplines are eligible to apply
All your hard work at University will speak for itself through your academic results. Additionally, we want to hear about how you’ve led (or be involved in) voluntary work in your community and how these have made a difference – much the same as the work we do every day across the globe in many different ways.
Dates to keep in mind
Applications open on Monday 8th April 2019 and close Sunday 5th May. The programme will begin in February 2020. If your initial application is successful, you’ll be invited to participate in several recruitment stages that may include: video interviews and online testing, assessment centres, face-to-face interviews, and pre-employment checks.
