Our Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme gives outstanding physiotherapy and occupational therapy graduates in their first year of clinical practice the chance to learn about working in their chosen field while being part of our team of highly qualified health and rehabilitation experts.
Graduates gain an understanding of our holistic approach, along with valuable insight into complementary disciplines, through the interdisciplinary rehabilitation pathways we provide our clients so they can get back to living their best life.
What we Offer
Each graduate will have a senior clinician nominated as their supervisor. Supervision meetings are formally structured on a weekly basis, with additional on-the-go supervision and mentorship.
Internal Education Programme: Cross-Regional
We offer a 12-month programme that includes shadowing a clinical supervisor, supervised appointments with clients, initial rehabilitation strategies for core services, case presentation meetings and working on pain and concussion contracts.
External Professional Development Activities
A plan will be developed for each graduate specifying external professional development activities that will complement our internal programme.
