Our graduate programme is designed to foster and develop talented and ambitious graduates like you, into the next generation of influential and inspiring leaders. It’s a comprehensive 2-year programme which will see you pushed out of your comfort zone and growing toward your full potential.

During the programme you will:

• Complete many different business area rotations
• Participate in formal events and training with the other graduates
• Work closely with a mentor from within Senior Management and a buddy from within the business, who will ensure you are well supported
• Have your performance and pay reviewed every 6 months
• Travel to different locations around NZ to really get involved in the business
• Undertake both project and BAU work
