Brand Manager

"My favourite part of my Kraft Heinz journey so far has been the opportunity to work with various people across the many different functions of our business. The willingness of the team to share their knowledge and guide my learning has been phenomenal. Since the Graduate Program finished I have found myself part of the NZ Marketing team, working with great people to connect our powerful brands to New Zealanders’ needs."

Sales Graduate

"Early last year, I started to search for potential graduate roles and eventually I realised that Kraft Heinz’s competencies and values resonated with me. I decided that Kraft Heinz would be a good fit and offer great progression for my future. There’s such an emphasis on meritocracy and career progression so if you work hard you could do really well within the company which is a unique and attractive aspect for young employees like me."

Research & Development Technologist

"I joined the Private Label team in R&D based in Hawkes Bay. Throughout my first year, I worked across a variety of product categories including jam, soup, canned fruit, sauce etc. The sheer range of products in the KHC portfolio offers unparalleled technical experience in both food processing and product development. As a Graduate, KHC recognizes your potential and will provide you with a high level of responsibility. As part of this, on top of your day-to-day responsibilities, Graduates are tasked with a project that aims to positively impact Kraft Heinz’s business operations. My project involved redefining the process of getting a Private Label Product Development project from concept to launch.

The Graduate Programme has offered the best start to my career I could have imagined. It has provided me with an incredible opportunity to develop a broader understanding of how the company functions as a collective unit. Kraft Heinz have continually demonstrated the focus they place on supporting both career and personal development. I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that I will encounter as I continue my career with Kraft Heinz."

Brand Manager, Marketing

"Coming from a Marketing perspective, it was the wide range of brands and the products in the company’s portfolio, that attracted me to the Graduate Programme. As a grad here at Kraft Heinz, you’re not restricted to how many questions you are allowed to ask, so once you’re here ask as many questions you can."
