Meet Grace, one of our graduates;
I have been very privileged to be exposed to all divisions within the organisation, thanks to L’Oréal’s well-designed Graduate (pepiniere) Programme. University only sets you up partially for the working world.
Whilst you may think that you know the direction, industry or the role that you want, this is not always the case. It’s important to have work experience and exposure to different areas of work to ensure that you find the correct fit for you – and L’Oréal has provided this for me.
I have been tasked with some exciting yet challenging projects, for example, within corporate for public relations and within marketing. I value the work-life balance that L’Oréal offers and the friendly, fun teams make me want to come to work each day. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to be a part of the graduate program this year and recommend graduate programmes to anyone! I look forward to what the future brings for me at L’Oréal!
