Here at NxtStep, our aim is to help you research great employers and find great jobs when you look to leave school or tertiary study.

Here's our story:

In 2009, our two Directors Tim Watts and Robert Milne ventured out on a quest to change the face of graduate job hunting. They took to the streets to find the best graduate employers across New Zealand, and brought them all together in one, easy to search platform.

Since then, we've developed a bunch of epic new ways for you to connect with employers - there's LiveChats, our blog, and in 2018 some of employers will also have chatbots to answer all your burning questions.

In 2012, we launched SchoolConnect - our secondary school research portal, filled with great info if you're looking to leave school and figure out what's next.

In 2017, we changed things up, rebranding GradConnection NZ to "NxtStep" with a fresh new look and new perspective on how we can help you find a great jobs.

If you have any questions about NxtStep, or just want to have a chat, feel free to send us a message using the orange chat box in the bottom right hand corner of this page.

Here at NxtStep we're a close-knit team who all work effortlessly to make sure we can bring the very best grad jobs right to your inbox!
