About the Graduate Programme

As a Graduate Engineer you’ll enjoy a two-year rotational programme that will give you an organisation-wide view of Transpower, with challenging real work and responsibilities from day one. By exploring different areas of our business, and developing strong relationships as you go, you’ll have the opportunity to decide where and how you want to shape your career with us.

You will be part of our collaborative community and be challenged, supported, coached and inspired to broaden your knowledge and thinking and achieve your potential.
