The Xero media team plans, executes and delivers leading video, motion graphics, and photography projects. The graduate production coordinator will work on a range of projects and digital campaigns to promote Xero.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day production of activities, delivering high quality effective creative work, and champion a positive cultural environment. You’ll help manage our production resources and be an integral part of pulling a production together.
What we need from you
You’ll be a great communicator, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have grad level project management experience and administration competence.
- have studied production as part of your degree
- understand the media production process from kickoff to reconciliation
- understand project management tools to track workflow and time across a project
- have experience working with a creative team
- have experience with basic production elements like crewing, scheduling, call sheets, and budgets
- have strong written and verbal communication skills
