About the role
Join our inbound service team as a Service Consultant within the Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers over the phone. You will be delivering excellent service and building great relationships with 60 to 70 customers every day. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a banking career with ANZ. We have a strong focus on coaching, staff development and internal promotions which will give you the skills and experience to develop into further roles at ANZ. As well as working with great people, you will enjoy a vibrant open-plan office, a supportive environment and fantastic staff benefits.
