We are seeking a HR Graduate to join our Wellington operation to provide generalist support to a variety of stakeholders and collaborate on nationwide people projects.
What will your typical day look like?
Supporting a HR Manager, this role will bring a diverse challenge, going beyond just employment relations and performance management, to exciting areas such as support our high talent and building the leadership of tomorrow. You will be supporting initiatives, co-ordinating programmes, acquiring and sharing knowledge, and facilitating activities to continue Deloitte’s culture journey.

About the team
People and Performance is an award-winning team of 30 based across New Zealand, who strive to add real commercial value to a firm where we believe we are better working together to achieve results. We provide HR support for an organisation of 1500 people nationwide.
